You might try looking in Paul Kunitzsch's _Arabische Sternnamen in
Europa_ (Harrassowitz, 1959).  I haven't had easy access to this book
in years, but it may have something on planet names.  For deciphering
European star names taken from Arabic it was indispensable.

Here are the arabic names of planets:

Moon : al-qamar
Jupiter : al-mushtarî
Mars : al-Marîkh
Mercury : ‘atâri  (al-Kâtib au Maghreb)
Saturn : Zahil (al-Muqatil au Maghreb)
Vénus : al-Zuhra
