We have had a lot of response following the announcement of the brand  
new title "Along the Gulf - From Basra to Muscat" by Hermann Burchardt.
There was a lot of concern regarding the publisher's text describing  
the Gulf as Arabian Gulf as opposed to Persian Gulf.

We would like to clarify that we simply used the publisher's  
terminology. We do not have any political intentions and did not  
intend to insult anyone - including the publisher. (Strangely, most  
letters came from the USA and not from our Iranian customers.)

The German photographer Burchardt (who travelled along the Arabian or  
Southern coast of the Gulf!)  was aware of the intentions of  
international politics and economics when he travelled in 1903.

To make a long story short: IT IS A WONDERFUL BOOK! We look forward
