Subject:Middlebury Middle East School (Alex) job

Middlebury College seeks an energetic and innovative person to serve  
as Director of the C.V. Starr-Middlebury School in the Middle East,  
located in Alexandria, Egypt. Candidates should have a Ph.D. (or  
equivalent) in a relevant field, native or near-native language  
competency in both Arabic and English, and experience in working with  
students and administration in both cultures.  Computer literacy  
essential.   Candidates with relevant teaching experience, knowledge  
of language pedagogy, and a demonstrated interest in international  
education, as well as strong interpersonal skills and leadership  
ability, will receive the strongest consideration. The successful  
candidate will spend the academic year in residence in Alexandria and  
will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the program.
