Hello,

I don't know if you are only looking for translation text books  
written in
English or not, but there are two text books on translation written in
Arabic that I strongly recommend:

(1) Murshid Al-Mutargim by Mohamed Anany
Longman, 2000.

(2) Fan Al-Tarjamah by Mohamad Anany
Longman, 1996.
