Hi Jonathan,
There's al-mu3arrif (a "definite article") omitted in your question,  
so the whole construction falls apart. The exacte title reads "miSr li- 
T-Tayaraan" (no "double" yaa' in Tayaraan!) and is an example of  
ellipsis as it stays for "sharika miSr li-T-Tayaraan". Knowing that,  
you see that everything is simple and in place.
