Subject:Needs Arabic Grammar and Eastern Arabic teaching texts

Can anyone suggest a teaching text of Literary Arabic Grammar to be
used as a review of the grammar, something other than the unusable
Haywood textbook and besides the excellent reference grammars?

Can anyone suggest a teaching text of Eastern Arabic, educated
dialectal, for example, other than Said?
