Dear Colleagues:
 
Does anyone know of  a rule about the agreement in gender of    (AHad and IHDa)? 
 
For example, does  it agree with the following noun or the previous noun in  the following two  sentence
 
‎رعاية المرضى هي أحد أهداف المؤسسة.    أو    رعاية المرضى هي إحدى أهداف المؤسسة
 
Which of the above sentences is more correct?
