Dear Ahmed,

there are a number of choices, your best (or at least easiest) bet
being the Stanford tagger (comes with a trained Arabic model):
http://nlp.stanford.edu/software/tagger.shtml.
Alternatively, there are a number of other systems you may use to
train your own model - SVMTool is a favorite of mine, the Apache
OpenNLP toolkit (https://opennlp.apache.org/), hunpos
(https://code.google.com/p/hunpos/) or MBT (http://ilk.uvt.nl/mbt/)
I've also used with some success.

S.

Hello Ahmed:

I know that Mona Diab developed an Arabic part of speech tagger when she
was at Stanford University.

Also Nizar Habash developed one. See his paper
 www.cs.columbia.edu/~md <http://www.cs.columbia.edu/~mdiab>

A third option is Buckwalter's BAMA (Buckwalter Arabic
Morphological Analyzer) which is freely available.

Regards,
Ali Farghaly
