Tahltan in standoff with BC over hunting

The Tahltan people claim that overhunting and a lack of scientific
analysis of moose populations is endangering their culture and food
source. In retaliation they have barricaded some of the roads in the
region to keep out hunters. The BC government has said it refuses to
negotiate until the barricades are removed.
