As the list manager, I’m going to have to put my foot down about the
non-Athabaskanist topics that have been discussed recently on this
list. To clarify:

This list is for the discussion of linguistic and related topics about
the Dene (Athabaskan) languages and their relatives Tlingit and Eyak.

This list is not for the discussion of historical comparison of Dene
and its relatives to other families. The sole exception to this is
specifically Dene-Yeniseian because many Athabaskanists have expressed
significant interest in this proposal.

If anyone continues to post more about unrelated languages, I will
unsubscribe them from this list. Please find some other forum for
those discussions, or engage in them personally via email.
