My point is that I cannot find literature of CDA or pragmatics,... dealing with the BCP. 
It is so obvious that there is plenty of lit about CDA and it can be accessed. 
So all of my effort now is to find any piece of writing analysing David Cameron's discourse.

How comes !!! this area is very rich 

Within the domain of CDA you can make use of Teun van Dijk 's website .... He did amazing works on parliamentary discourse analysis .... also see articles by Van Leeuwen , R.Wodak , N. Fairclough and many others . For analyzing political discourse see P. Chilton .
