problem with SALTIN

Dear Leonid, thank you for your reply. Something seems to have
changed. Some of the transcripts in the batch I just ran were also
part of a batch of transcripts that I converted using SALTIN in
January of this year. Here's the header from a SALT file:

$ CHILD, EXAMINER

Here's what I got when I ran SALTIN in January (running a then-recent
version of CLAN under Windows):
