Error: Can't open language codes file "ISO-639"

Hello,

I have a transcript in Spanish and Guarani. When I run CHECK, I get the 
following:
Error: Can't open language codes file "ISO-639"
The file however, is in its proper place (C:\TalkBank\CLAN\lib\fixes) and I 
have set both lib and morlib to C:\TalkBank\CLAN\lib\. I have also added to 
ISO-639.cut a line with the ethnologue language code:
gua Guarani
(separated by a tab, but I can't tab here).
I cannot find a solution. Thanks for any help.
