No video, just audio

Margo,

	There is a setting in CLAN that chooses which media file is played in 
case if you have both audio and video media files with the same file 
name. You can change that setting using menu "Mode->Play audio media 
first".

If the problem you are having is that the movie window opens, but the 
video is not playing and only audio is playing, then try to quit CLAN 
completely and restart it and try again. The next step is to reboot your 
computer and to try playing video again.

If it still doesn't work, then please tell me what version of OS you are 
using and if you have the latest version of QuickTime and CLAN 
installed. Also, please email to me directly your CHAT file and try to 
upload the corresponding video media file to this URL:
