MLU and ID tiers

Hi

I would like to run the MLU program with some old transcripts that don't have complete ID tiers.

Is it possible to either add ID tiers quickly to a number of transcripts in one go (there are  300 transcripts, so I don't want to add them one by one)?

Alternatively, is there a way to run MLU that doesn't throw up the error message "malformed ID tier"? The transcripts have a %mor line.
