Windows 10 Pro CLAN problems

[Nan Bernstein Ratner]

It's definitely something that differentiates Windows 10 PRO from Windows
home or Enterprise. No one in the lab using those systems is having the
problem, yet another language science lab on campus reported a single
person with the same complaint after seeing this post.
