Hi Madeline,

	You can easily test this on your computer:

Create file "rely-control.cha" and add the following text to it:

@Begin
@Languages:	eng
@Participants:	PAR Participant
@ID:	eng|change_corpus_later|PAR|||||Participant|||
*PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink. [+ 3] [+ 7]
*PAR:	there are trees outside. [+ 14]
*PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink. [+ 3] [+ 7]
*PAR:	there are trees outside. [+ 14]
*PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink. [+ 3] [+ 7]
@End

Next, create file "rely-student.cha" and add the following text to it:

@Begin
@Languages:	eng
@Participants:	PAR Participant
@ID:	eng|change_corpus_later|PAR|||||Participant|||
*PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink. [+ 3] [+ 7]
*PAR:	there are trees outside. [+ 14]
*PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink. [+ 2] [+ 7]
*PAR:	there are trees outside. [+ 13]
*PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink. [+ 3]
@End

Now you can run command "rely rely-control.cha rely-student.cha" and you should see the following output located in "rely-control.rely.cex" file showing all code differences:

> rely rely-control.cha rely-student.cha

** Data on tiers doesn't match:
    File "rely-control.cha": line 7
        *PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink . [+ 3] [+ 7]
    File "rely-student.cha": line 7
        *PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink . [+ 2] [+ 7]
** Data on tiers doesn't match:
    File "rely-control.cha": line 8
        *PAR:	there are trees outside . [+ 14]
    File "rely-student.cha": line 8
        *PAR:	there are trees outside . [+ 13]
** Data on tiers doesn't match:
    File "rely-control.cha": line 9
        *PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink . [+ 3] [+ 7]
    File "rely-student.cha": line 9
        *PAR:	the woman is standing at the sink . [+ 3]

We have developed utterance-level codes and were wondering if the rely command is able to include these codes in its reliability calculations. An example of how we have used these codes is below:
