"Tiers" an "Search" on a MAC

Hi, 

A student contacted me that she can't find "Tiers" an "Search" buttons on 
Commands Window after they had installed the most recent version of CLAN on 
their MAC. I'm not a MAC user. Can you please advise what they need to do 
for it to appear?
