Systematically remove a header from a large number of transcripts

Hi,

This is Kimberly Mueller from University of Wisconsin - Madison. We need to
remove two headers from a large number of transcripts. Is there a
systematic way to do this using CLAN?

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated!
