That's strange - the UVic library has microforms apparently up to 1923, and I have a xerox of a special edition (copied for me by Jan van Eyck when he was in Lilooet a few years ago that's dated 1923 or 24. And most references I've seen say that it was published, at least sporadically, up to 1923. Barbara Harris
