How to learn CJ "back East" circa 1890

Howdy,

...where were those books printed?  In the USA, as a rule.  I want to tell
you all that your eyes will pop out when you see how extensive a list JC
Pilling has of CJ publications as of 1874!  Please look for his
"Bibliography" in your local libraries.  Great stuff.
