New deadline for the writing contest: When you arrive at Grand Ronde!

Are you writing a little essay to contribute to the ChInuk Wawa writing contest?  Remember, it doesn't have to be perfect Chinook, and Tony, Henry, Jim and I will provide you with language help -- just email any of us, or ask for us via this list, and we'll get right in touch with you.  

*Everyone* is invited and encouraged to contribute a short piece.  You might win money, and you'll definitely be helping to keep ChInuk Wawa a living language.

The deadline for contributions is now whenever you arrive at Grand Ronde for the ChInuk Lu7lu :-), or August 24th.  Hayash mersi/hiyu mahsie/many thanks to all of you for participating, and if you haven't written something yet, you still have plenty of time!
