Speaking of Johnson's thesis

A few months ago, UMI sent me the Johnson thesis work on Chinook Jargon.
Unfortunately the quality is poor in places and is difficult to read towards
the end. Does anyone have a cleaner source? It's an excellent source and I
refer to it regularly.
