I think you need Paul Nation's Range program:
http://www.victoria.ac.nz/lals/staff/paul-nation/nation.aspx

Put in the two texts and switch off all baseword list options. This way it
will give you a complete list for all the words in both texts and their
individual frequencies. Hope this is helpful.
