[Corpora-List] half-time teaching position at the Seminar of Translating and Interpreting, Heidelberg University

The Seminar of Translation and Interpreting at Heidelberg University offers
a half-time teaching position at the English Department. 

 

The position is open for a native speaker of English with experience in
translator training and in the field of translation or translation studies
(as a professional translator English – German, or/ and as a Postdoc or PhD
student). Teaching (10 hours per week) includes translation courses from
German into English and language practice courses (English) as well as
seminars in linguistics and translation studies. Experience with translation
tools or linguistic corpora is desirable. A good command of German is
mandatory. 

 

The salary is according to the German TV-L system (level 13). The position
is for two years, the starting date is April 1, 2013.
