Which terminology

Hello everybody, I would like anybody tells me which term would be more
appropiate for the study of interactive spoke language, CA (conversation
analysis) or ISDA (interactive spoken discourse analysis)? On the other
hand I am not sure which term would be better: conversation, dialogue or
ISD (interactive spoken discourse)?.
