Introduction

[Jakob Cromdal]

Hi all,
I'm a new member to this list so let me start with a few words of
introduction. My name is Jakob Cromdal and I'm assistant professor at the
Dept. of Child Studies in Linköping, Sweden. My current research deals
deals with children's interaction in an English school in Sweden, focusing
on issues of language choice and alternation in recess activities as well
as classroom work. Basically, I'm interested in the social (and linguistic)
organization of play and work, particularly the in type of interactional
work accomplished through language alternation.
I'm looking forward to participating in this forum.
