Edling Comments

Hi all,

The "from" address is not the same as the "reply to", which is what can
cause the confusion.  I agree that some sort of modification would make it
easier to differentiate these messages from the onslaught of other mail.

Another list I subscribe to appends the list name to each subject - so it
would be
Re: Edline Comments [EDLING-LIST]

If that's easier to do than changing the 'from', it makes it easy to
visually identify list mail or even use a procmail filter (or other mail
rules) to move list mail to a special folder.

If people who are on Penn's campus want me to show them how to use mail
rules, just let me know - maybe we can set up a brief 'how-to' session.
