Call for Papers

Submissions are invited for presentations at the 2006 Applied
Linguistics Association of Australia (ALAA) conference to be held July
5-8, 2006. The conference theme is Language and Languages: Global and
Local Tensions. Presentations exploring this theme and related topics
from different regional, national, international, disciplinary, and
interdisciplinary perspectives are particularly welcome.
Proposals maybe for individual papers, colloquia, workshops or posters.

The deadline for submissions is January 30, 2006.
