German- second most popular foreign language at Kyrgyz schools

 

German takes the second place among the most popular foreign languages at Kyrgyz schools, German Embassy in Kyrgyzstan reported.

 

"German side meets such interest, rendering support to 13 schools with advanced teaching of the German language and two German-Kyrgyz University departments. Besides, Kyrgyz citizens are greatly interested in study at German Institutes of Higher Education. That is why German Academic Exchange Service allocated a record large number of grants in 2009," the embassy said.
