identities have formed or how slurs around sex, sexuality, and gender
persist? Interested in how political talk impacts our intimate
understandings of ourselves?

If so, then join us at the Lavender Languages and Linguistics conference
held at California Institute of Integral Studies. Participants from around
the world will deliver papers that closely examine these questions.
Students, activists, and early career scholars are encouraged to attend.
