I just noticed that this is available in the LinguaLinks Library. (See
http://www.sil.org/lingualinks/contents.htm. I suspect this info is not
completely up-to-date -- I've just been looking at a prototype - not yet
publically available - for a new site that looks to me like it lists more
contents, so perhaps these pages haven't been updated for the latest
version in anticipation of a whole new site. You may want to try contacting
Info_lingualinks at sil.org.)

Buying LinguaLinks for just this one publication would make it expensive
($99 retail, $75 academic/non-profit), but there is a lot of other material
on the CD, including some things that may meet your current needs.
