ELL: Unicode Font for the Mac

I am trying to find a Unicode font for the Macintosh equivalent to Arial
Unicode MS for the PC (i.e. has all of the Unicode extensions).  My
searching through the web seems to show that there is no such font, and
in fact no font that covers even the IPA extensions.  Does anyone have
an IPA font (or full Unicode font) that they have or know about that is
Unicode compliant and works on a Mac?  (I know about the SIL package you
can buy, but I would like a font I can give away on a web site.)
