Cleartype problems

Has anyone else noticed that having cleartype enables creates display
problems in E-Prime?  Using a 640 x 480 screen and the slide procedure, a
text box containing a variable read from a list was always cut in half, or
sometimes more, so that you could only see a portion of the text.  I've got
a bunch of similar text boxes on the screen, but that only happened to one
of them.  I don't know if this is a known problem or not, but it drove me so
nuts trying to figure out what was wrong that I wanted to share this with
the list.
