XP Start Menu trick

I found another method that is simpler & does the exact same thing.

   > Start
   > Run
   > type in "msconfig"
   > click OK
   > on the General tab (default), click Selective Startup
   > deselect Load Startup Items
   > click apply
   > click OK to restart.
