Caching stimuli

I understand the importance of caching video and audio stimuli for
critical timing (see, e.g., Chapter 3 of the E-Prime User's
Guide). However, I have failed to find any actual examples of how to
do stimulus caching in E-Prime. Does anyone have an example? Thanks.
