Modify a variable in E-Data Aid

If you work through the E-DataAid tutorial in the User's Guide that 
came with E-Prime, you might find that Tools > Analyze will do what 
you need, but I would not guarantee that.  Beyond that, I do not 
think that E-DataAid can do the computations you ask for to create a 
new variable.  You might have to export to Excel or SPSS or whatever 
to do that.
