Random sounds won't play

Are you running EP2 on XP or Vista?  EP2 is known to have problems 
with sound (and video) under Vista, see 
support.pstnet.com/forum/Topic1710-12-1.aspx , 
support.pstnet.com/forum/Topic1850-4-1.aspx , and 
support.pstnet.com/forum/Topic1361-12-1.aspx .  In my tests EP2 sound 
works OK under XP, and EP1 sound works OK under both XP and Vista.
