Randomizing multiple lists

Hi!
I'm relatively new at using E-Prime, so, this may be a simple
question.

We are developing a program whereby two Blocks of trials needs to
randomly select items from 2 different lists. There are 3 lists in
total. This may help:

List A
List B
List C

Block 1: randomly select list items from List A and List B

Block 2: randomly select list items from List B and List C (without
repeating any items that were chosen from list B in Block 1).

I understand general randomization etc, but don't know where to start
in terms of adding in a list.
Suggestions?
