PscyhoPy as alternative to E-Prime?

I'm about to try PsychoPy out with a simple Sustained Attention to
Response *Test* (*SART*) experiment. I'm hoping it will be successful
because the robustness of using Python is attractive (esp compared with
ebasic) and also the fact that its free (esp for creating scripts) and also
that its multi platform.

I've not looked into support for using with eeg & eye trackers though -
anyone know whether any are supported?
