Logging response times after stimulus presentation

A simple option is to not start the response collection until after the 
sound file finishes playing.
Alternatively, include the duration of the sound file in each trial and 
then subtract.
You'll also want to consider how to deal with subjects pressing a button 
before the sound file ends.
