Updating Custom Packages through Update URL

Chris,

Did you ask PST Support?  What did they say?  I would start with them.

Offhand, I expect taht the "update URL" allows you to enter a URL 
where users could go to manually check for and download updates, so 
it is merely informational.  But that is only my guess, the PST folks 
should really know.  And please post the answer back here!
