Confidentiality/protection of data

Hi,

I am a research assistant who wants to use E-Prime to use the attention 
network test (
https://www.sacklerinstitute.org/cornell/assays_and_tools/ant/jin.fan/) in 
a study. Does  the data have to travel through any servers or is the 
program is completely localized to the computer it is run from?
