How to set the initialization prompts

Hello Everybody,

I'm finding difficulties to understand where in E-Prime setting is possible 
to set the INITIALIZATION PROMPTS. Specifically I would like to set the 
Researcher ID, number,gender, handleness of the participant.
I have been looking in many tutorials but I can't find nothing about it.

Someone can suggest me a source or anythng useful?
