reminder: attachments, replying to postings

Dear all,

This is a reminder that when replying privately to a message posted on the 
list **you must use the option "Reply to From"** in your email client, not 
"Reply" or "Reply to Sender." The latter options will send your message to 
the whole list. (If you don't have this option, cut and paste the email 
address of the person you're replying to into a new message.)

Please also avoid sending attachments to the list. Instead, put the 
information into the text of your message, if it's not too lengthy, or 
provide a URL where interested subscribers can access the information 
and/or download the file.
