more info on setting digest option

Hi folks,

I've had a subscriber ask for more information about how to set the digest 
option for the list.

1. Go to <http://listserv.linguistlist.org/archives/gala-l.html>
2. Choose "Join or leave the list (or change settings)"
3. Insert your email address and name.
4. Under "Subscription type" select "Digest (traditional)." This will send 
a daily email digest to you with no unusual formatting.
5. Click "Join GALA-L." (This updates your subscription settings; it 
doesn't add a second subscription, as long as your email address and name 
are the same as what you originally signed up under.)
