Bertil is right that this is of corse only the verse about Þiudareiks.

raidida thiudareiks thaurismodahs
statha frauja flautane hraidamerjis
sitith nu garus ana gauta
skildau ufgairdiths skarja Marhigge

Perhaps a more exact version would be:

rairoþ þiudareiks
sa þauramodaga
frauja flutane
staþa hraidamareins
sitiþ nu garws
ana gutin seinamma
skildau bigaurdans
skata meriggje
