Of course this is not the complete text
on the Roek Stone. It is only the Gothic
related part:

Line 9

Daa raadde Tjodrik den dristige, sjoekrigarnas

Line 10

hoevding oever Reidhavets kust. Nu sitter han rustad på

Line 11

sin gotiska haest, med skoeld över axeln, den främste av Maeringar

My translation into English:

Then ruled Tjodrik the Brave, seawarrior
chieftain over the coast of the Reidsea, Now he sits armed
on his Gothic horse, with shield over shoulder, foremost of the Maeringar.

The Roek Stone is at Roek in Oestergoetland in Sweden. The stone was
the object of interpretation already in the 17th century but it was not until
1843 it was discovered that there were inscriptions on both sides of the
stone. It is one of the greatest rune stones. Two and a half yards above
ground and one yard under ground and one and a half yard broad.

Gothically
