Dirk,

I would like to point out that Andreas has not
provided any exact reference to his claim.

That the Goths were the dominant enemy
of the Roman empire in Europe is pretty clear.
I think you are now diverting from the original
subject.

Am by now pretty aware of your Germanocentric
view expressed often on this list. It is OK by me,
but I think it fogs your judgement somehow, wouldn't
you agree?
