Hails!

A few words about myself...

I have studied a number of languages, mostly Indo-European, and
particularly more ancient ones (Latin, Greek, Sanskrit...), but I
wouldn't call myself an expert - just an amateur of the "browsing
type". I have also done considerable historical research
(or "browsing"), especially concerning Europe as well as the Middle
East...

Since about 1999, I have mostly been a fan of the Celts, especially the
Gauls (along with Druidism). In the past few years, I worked on a
reconstruction of a prehistoric Continental Proto-P-Celtic language
that I called "Danubian" (which would essentially be the precursor of
Gaulish, and which I theoretically associate with the Neolithic LBK
Culture and its successors).

I am quite interested in the possibility of recreating the Gothic
language (there's much more to work with than there is in the case of
Continental Celtic/Gaulish). I am also interested in learning more
about the history and culture of the Goths, especially the Visigoths.

By the way, I have been wondering about the 'Gotish Tongue' web-
material. Will that be available again soon?

Reikjahardus Balthings (is this correct Gothic?)
